The melting point of the "carrier" polymer, where the copper particles are kept together, is 160 °C - We'd say the thermal conductivity will not improve - but it will look awesome if the subtrate/cooler is polished a bit.

Can you just spray this like a normal spray paint into say wood for it to give a metallic copper finish with no further effort?

Yes. It is a shiny orange. The gloss is not 100% like a solid metal surface. The reflexion from a "non-stop", big flat copper particle (real metal surface) is different to very small copper particles next to each other. Small particles are the case with our "Copper conductive paint".

Perfect solution to non metallic plating

Amazing product, I didn’t think I’d be able to find an electrically conductive spray plating system at such a reasonable price, I’ve used this on laser cut beech ply wood as well as quartz crystals, really great; rare to find, easy to use, genius idea. Thank You!
