Worked good glass to aluminum window frame
I used this to place new glass in aluminum window frames for a house and it worked great. After it was installed I put sealant on the outside of the window to get any gaps. But the tape was effortless installation I didn’t want to sit there and hold the glass and wait for the sealant to dry or it fall out because the glass was expensive. I Feel confident in this product for window installing

Works well but..
Bought this when replacing a leaked window panel. It sticks the panel well. The only thing is that it is too sticky and can be tricky to remove. Had the window replaced for about a year now and have no problem so far

Should work perfectly
Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Should work perfectly when I get around replacing a window.

Worked just fine on a 3ft x 4ft window
This tape was easy to use and worked great at holding and sealing a new 3ft x 4ft double pane window that I replaced myself. I have plenty of tape left if I need to do another window replacement.

No Nonsense Glass Bonding
Don't buy this if you expect you can peel it up and re-position it. Not going to happen. Sticks like the dickens, which is great! I used this to seat a new 23" x 52" insulated glass panel in an old casement window frame. Quick and easy to apply using reasonable care. Unlike caulking it won't ooze out onto the glass, the bonding is instant and the bond area is consistent. The backing liner prevents the tape from being stretched during application and peels off easily. I'll be ordering more now that I see how well it works.

This tape is high quality for reglazing windows
This tape is excellent for its application, which is reglazing vinyl window frames. Works along with glazing bead to hold glass units tight in the frame, seal against drafts or water.

Looks like exactly what I need when I swap out the double pane window in the vinyl frame...someday!
I'm selling my house and was fortunate in that my neighbour was having a window exactly like mine replaced. It's a 2nd floor 4 foot square window with one side that slides open. After talking with the guys replacing the windows they told me how to remove the clips that hold the glass in place and to use a putty knife to separate the thin foam tape that keeps the window sealed to the frame.I'm not going to replace the window just yet though. The sliding portion of the window is defective in that it lost its seal and now shows several dirty hand prints on the glass surface in the middle, so I can't clean it, just replace it. The current window is plane, while the replacement slider and glass I have from the neighbours house has a grid in-between the two panes of glass. The window faces the side of the neighbours house, so it's not really a big deal, but I'm not going to go to the work to change it out unless the buyer really wants (a.k.a. demands) me to "fix" that window. I'll counter that I'll swap out the glass for the material I have, and if they prefer something else they can pay for it themselves. So on one hand, I'm hoping I get to leave the glass and the T.R.U. DC-PEF06P White Double Coated Window Glazing Tape Weather Resistant behind and don't have to do the installation myself. BUT if I do have to change the window, I'm glad I've already got the tape I need so I can take care of the swap in about 15 minutes!I would have given it 5 stars, but since I haven't actually used it yet, I'm going to give it 4 stars and assume that If I need to use it, I'll come back and update this review...probably to5 stars if my experience warrants it!
