what size of box is best for this sub

Im putting them in a 24"x 6" schedule 80 heavy duty PVC pipe. The cylinder volume is .39 cu. Do I Port or not port? Can I port the tube and put one woofer in each end? or should i use two separate 24" tubes. Thank you.
