Excellent Addition to my Home Gym!
I needed a Machine to work out my Upper and Lower Back and also seconds as a Tricep Machine with the handles I purchased separatelySo it has a range that works for me but but if you have long spider arms it may bottom out on the upperback pull assembly...I do not use the Chains provided for the Upper Pull Down and use a 125lb "S" Hookto attach and also when I want to change out the Handles to do a Tricep Exercise its easy to just remove from the "S" Hook instead of the Clip and So on...they make stronger "S" hooks but this is fine for me and my weightsLower Pulley Works Great No Bottoming out...Easy to Assemble and also to put weights on and off as I do not use the supplied Clips they are annoying and an extra step for a Quick addition of weightsAll in all the Quality of the machine is Nice and VERY Sturdy I have NO complaints at allIts just a Nice added Exercise to add to my workout routine for a Cheap price of 160.00!I purchased Rubber Grip Handles for the machine that are so much more Comfortable to use dailyI would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive back workout machineI am 5'10" and 175 so this is perfect for my height and reach...Good Luck to all who purchase its worth it!

Definitely worth the money for a taller person
Ordered this Jan 1st 2024 and it's been fantastic for the price and build in my home gym.I'm 6'2" and have a basement with a low ceiling height so finding a lat pulldown was difficult. This fit the bill and works great.Anything up to 250lb and it's pretty dang solid. Anything past that and you'll feel it bend a little and the cable stretch a tad. It's never broke and the cable has never snapped. It's been put though the ringer the past two years and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a starter lat pull down and row machine that will last.

Great starter set
The product arrived with some holes in the box. I assume due to shipping issues. When I opened the box, all the hardware and 1 bracket were missing. I immediately contacted the manufacturer. I was expected to have issues with getting the items replace but pleasantly surprised. Within a couple hours, I was contacted by customer service. She requested all the missing product info. She processed my request and had a delivery date within a day or so. Once I put the machine together, it worked flawless. It's not commercial grade but well worth the money. I will be changing the accessories since they are thinner metal but are fine for working the minor muscles. Operation was very smooth. If you are looking do do extreme heavy, this is probable not the machine for you. For the average person, this is perfect. Very easy instructions and took about 45 minutes to put together. Would happily recommend to others.

Was skeptical at first but this turned out to be a great little machine at an amazing value.
I’ve had this lat pull machine for a couple of months now doing about 40 total sets per week of varying exercises. The machine is quite sturdy for its small size and seems to function well. I’ve not had more than about 120lbs of weight on it so far for slow controlled movements. I’m 5’10” 195 43 years old and have been lifting since I was 13. I’ve owned various different exercise machines and have worked out at my home gym the last 10 years or so. The cables have held up well and I’ve seen no cracking or tearing as stated in some reviews. After assembly I did spray all moving parts with wd40 silicone as these parts require lubrication. I would recommend lubricating every 2 or 3 months. Unboxing and assembly took a little over two hours. The directions were a little off as one of the hex bolts was mislabeled but was able to figure this out fairly quickly. Also there was no page 8 in the instructions but instead two page 9s. Wasn’t a big problem as we were far enough along in the build to figure out what went where by looking at diagrams on 7 and 9. Was essentially the seat installation and surrounding parts. Everything needed was there with the exception of two washers which was not a problem as I had washers on hand in my garage to complete the build. Also with any areas where multiple parts connect to the frame be sure to insert all screws, washers, and nuts before tightening to make sure everything lines up. Had a small issue but was able to get everything aligned with a few hits of a rubber mallet. Is this the best lat pull machine out there? No. Does it meet the needs of the vast majority of people looking to add an essential piece of equipment to their home gym at a very affordable price? Yes.

Best Bang for Buck!
Amazing Lat pull down for the price. I find it hard to believe what you get for the price of this honestly.1st I’ll start with assembling the machine easy straight forward instructions I completed 99 percent of it by myself, I did have my son who is 13 help hold the base while I attached it. If you have it a ratchet with the correct size socket makes assembly a breeze along with adjustable crescent.2nd the machine is very sturdy and light I actually put it together not in it’s final placement but moving it there was no problem. I will say this the base is narrow so the footprint is great if you are limited on space as I am, another note on the weight of the machine being lighter is doing facepulls I did have the machine slide towards me so I place two 65lbs dumbbells on each side over the back stand and the problem was solved even with two bumper plates loaded on each side I had plenty of clearance with the dumbbells used to anchor it so just keep that in mind you might need to anchor it down.3rd and this is not a negative but just a heads up for taller people. I’m 6’3 265 and I fell rock solid on it but I’d have to approach my lat pulls with a slighter lean to get a full stretch at the top for full range doing pull downs I knew this going in so that’s why I say it’s not a negative but if you are I would say 6 feet and up depending on your reach this could be a deal breaker for you. Finally all in all I highly recommend this lat machine it checked all the boxes for me. Price, overall footprint and height, weight capacity. Its been an excellent addition to my home gym and now a staple in my workout routines.

Very good and great for price.
Is sturdy and handles weight well. For the price, it is 5 stars.Pros- pretty much everything and does what it is supposed to.- Good variety of exercises. Can build up pull-ups and chin-ups. Can really hit the bicep with the chin-up motion.Vey minor cons- Have to read the instructions carefully and look closely at the pics to make sure you are putting it together correctly. I had to go back and undo things a few times. Just give your self more than enough time and don’t rush the setup.-You will probably want a ratchet set and an electric drill with ratchet attachment. It will save you a lot of time and stress.-I am 6’4” so, even with the seat at the lowest setting, I don’t get full extension when letting the weights go back down. This isn’t too much of an issue as I can lean back a little and then get it.

Exceptional Lat Pull Down Machine / Row Station
I researched the heck out of the product vendors and their products for this Lat Pull Down Machine, and this one has to be among the best. First, I am 6'1" and as such I want to have a full range of motion when I do lat pull downs. This machine with the adjustable seat, and knee stop does the trick. Using the chain at the top is optional. If you are 6 foot or over, you will be able to get a full range of motion by not using the chain. The bar can connect direct to the safety hook which is attached to the upper cable. There is still an inch of two of give at the top to allow the bar to fit in the bracket holder at the top when not in use. This is one machine in which every station and exercise works as it should with no awkward movements. The Row station is also excellent allowing for a full range of motion too. The Lat machine allows for the use of either weight plates with the 1" diameter bar holes or the 2" diameter bar holes for Olympic weights. The machine came boxed with the individual parts wrapped and identified as well as the bolts, washers and nuts. It came with a printed instruction manual with diagrams and step by step instructions. I assembled it by myself and it took me about 4 hours to assemble it using their provided tools and my own socket set. (If you have one, an adjustable wrench or socket set will speed assembly). The cables required a lot of focus and studying the drawings to understand how to assemble them. In the case of the cables, it would have been helpful had the diagrams been larger and had there been some close up shots. The cables were a bit of a pain to run and assemble with just one set of hands but I got through it with some patience. All the parts are heavy duty steel, and the fit and finish is exceptional with strong, solid and smooth weld beads. Very impressive. The shipping along with the packing was exceptional. No dings, no scratches, no chipped paint or bent metal. All parts were perfect in fit and finish. The product arrived ahead of schedule by days. Very impressive. As far as working out with the machine, it has worked extremely well with me being able to employ full range of motion on every exercise. The cables glide effortlessly with no noise through the pulleys with little to no friction and do NOT jump off the wheel tracks. When adding weights especially if you are using weight plates with the 1" holes, you may find it helpful to add a weight barbell collar on each bar pushed to the inside. Doing this will give the weight plates, especially the 45 pound plates a little extra clearance from the cables on the upper range of motion. Also, as other reviewers have stated the machine has a small foot print and I was able to easily place it between my leg press machine and Seated Dip Machine with no problem. Obviously, you can do a large variety exercises with this machine from wide to narrow grip lat pulldowns, as well as overhanded and underhanded, behind the neck and front presses, as well as Triceps Press Downs too. With the Row Station, you can do various rowing variations using the short bar or the lat bar, overhanded and underhanded. You can also do standing cables curls or standing reverse curls. (I have worked out at a lot of gyms too and this lat pull down machine works as well as any Lat Pull Down Machine in any commercial gym). The weight capacity for this machine is 500 pounds--250 per side. All and all, an exceptional machine at an incredible price. A++

Good bang for your buck, but not for serious lifters.
This is a good starter set. The price is definitely right, but if you've been lifting for years and think this is anywhere near gym quality, you'll be disappointed. Our cable system attachment fell apart so we decided to order this since it had good reviews. We had a cable fall apart almost immediately. Customer care immediately sent me a new one but you can tell it just fell apart because the quality is low. The system is so light out bounces around when you lift. The handles on the bars easily come off the bar, which can be a safety issue. It's just a cheap set. Again, great for a beginner. I would send mine back if it didn't take hours to install.

Decent but not very satisfied item arrived with 2 missing cables.
First of all very sturdy machine and looks great. Instructions are ok and pretty good. Doesn’t take too long to set up with the correct tools. Had 2 missing parts both of the cables were missing. Had to order both cables separate.
