For strawberry, this is the ingredients list: STRAWBERRY (58%), WATER, SWEETENER (ERYTHRITOL, STEVIOL GLYCOSIDES), GELLING AGENT (PECTINS), CITRIC ACID, CONCENTRATE (CARROT, BLACKCURRANT), PRESERVATIVES (POTASSIUM SORBATE), ANTI-OXIDANT (ASCORBIC ACID).

Q: Are these 12oz each? If so, at ~$35 is a lot more than the listed 0.44 an ounce!

You are correct, 12 oz per jar. Buying directly from Good Good yields better prices, packages are packaged much better.

Q: Why does tha label on these say there are 6 grams of fat? Jam shouldn't have fat content.

The labels on my jars say 0 ( zero) fat. Maybe you are misreading the 0 as 6. The print is small. Try a magnifying glass.

Q: how many ounces per bottle?

12 oz per bottle. It is really great. I am a low carb / keto person and did not think jam would be back in my life until I discovered this company.
