Bare Bones Bone Broth Instant Powdered Mix, Lemon Ginger, Pack of 16, 15g Sticks, 10g Protein, Keto & Paleo Friendly Bone Broth Packets

I originally purchased the variety pack but my favorite was the lemon ginger so my next order was just the lemon ginger flavor. I like that it has protein and collagen. I drink this first thing in the morning. I mix one packet with half a cup of hot water. It tends to clump at the top but I just use the back of a spoon to get rid of clumps. It’s light and refreshing and is what I drink first thing in the morning to get a protein boost and I have not had any stomach issues drinking this. It is on the pricey side but very convenient.

I’m trying to make use of this but it has a strong rotting carcass smell and taste

I have been on a mission to find alternative hot drinks this winter. I found this bone broth powder mix and I have to say the lemon and ginger flavors make the taste of this broth really pop. It’s quite refreshing. I also liked that it’s so healthy, including added collagen, which I am needing at the moment since dealing with some health issues. I love that this powder mix is in handy individual serving size packets which can be tucked into a pocket or backpack. I plan to add a few packets when we travel soon-I usually take a ziploc with some tea bags, electrolyte mix packets or hot chocolate with me and all I need is hot boiling water.

Foul, fishy taste. Minimal ginger or lemon flavor, but a very distinct, unpleasant fishy flavor, as though the bones were rancid when cooked. Not returnable or refundable, so I guess I'll be throwing it away.

I’ve used this on its own and I’ve added it to congee. Pretty good. A little too high in sodium, so I drink lots of extra water when I have it.
