Good, healthy sweet snack, kinda
I LOVE this stuff. I try to eat more beans, and when I want a sweet snack, this is perfect to reach for that meets that expectation. Beans, low fat, no cholesterol, high fiber but also high sugar. A couple tablespoons are enough for my sweet tooth, without worrying about fat and the other gross things in food.

It takes amazing and is great used in baked good such as sesame rice balls.

Good paste
Great paste but it is a tad sweet, that's the only flaw on this one. Otherwise great for recipes.

My Japanese wife approves
My wife is Japanese and she uses this to make a Japanese Sweet Roll, I think they are called An Pam or something like that. Glad to have found them on Amazon the Asian store is quite a distance from us.
