Working well so far. I have used it to keep food warm for 6-8 hours. It’s best not to use food directly on the containers as it gets too hot and might burn if kept on for long as there’s no temperature control. Best to pour some water on the containers and then put a covered steel container with food to keep warm for long without drying or burning the food. The slow steam keeps food warm and moist ready to eat even after many hours.
