Perfect for those hotter than hot summer and severe cold winter. Panthenol helps retain moisture in dry air. Wheat germ oil wicks moisture away from heat-stressful lips. Water resistant up to 80 minutes. Candelilla helps form a wind barrier. Broad Spectrum SPF 30 provides UVA/UVB sun protection. For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
