I have used this cord to make macramé plant hangers as well as coil baskets. It is super nice cord comes off the roll very easily.

With a 6.5 mm crochet hook, I've made two ammonite shell baskets, & an elongated spiral basket (videos on YouTube). They're on display in my home, & visitors have admired them & asked what & how. Christmas gifts? This 5mm cord is made of recycled cotton, with a nontoxic dye in Poland. It works up into a flexible but strong basket. Wonderful colors. I believe there's also a 3mm option. Great also for macrame. Will be buying more.
