Is this real dehydrated vinegar?

Purchased this product hoping that indeed it was simply dehydrated vinegar, but. . .The first ingredient listed is maltodextrin, #2 is corn starch, and lastly, vinegar powder. I posted this fact in my recent review. Hope this answers your question.

I would think that the carrying agents may leave residual white stains... perhaps a try on a small load and rewash if it does. Good luck! Makes great salt and vinegar chips for sure.
