Your best option is to buy on Huels website where they are currently selling V3.0 (This is their most updated formula) as of May 2022. For those with sarcastic answers: I understand the humor in your answers but it turns out this is a legitimate question that you all should be aware of... Not all distributors are up to date with Huels newest/latest formula.

According to the manufacturer, it will keep for approximately one year. I'd say no to being a good disaster food source.

Q: No scoop came with my huel. how do i know how much to put in a shake? it says add 3 scoops.

It is hard to get an exact measurement, but they have determined on the forums that one scoop is between 1/4 and 1/3 of a cup. Three scoops is 450 cal and 1 cup is 500 cal. The problem is that you might not be able to measure it correctly without packing down the powder. Therefore, I would suggest using a fourth of a cup for the scoop. If you have a kitchen scale, you can measure this more exactly and one scoop is 38 g of powder.
