This is a beautiful spinner to add to your yard and it is sturdy and well made.

One side spins perfectly, the other side does not.

We love this spinner......the only thing you have to know is that it's a bit heavy and needs to be in a strong wind path for it to turn. We have it on our upper deck where we get the most wind. At night it's mesmerizing to watch the lights spin.......it's a really fun item.....glad we got it!

This item is sturdy, well made, and lovely. It charges reasonably well and stays lit well into the evening. It nevertheless has a flaw: only one side actually spins at all easily in the wind. I can turn it by hand fine—it just doesn’t catch the wind like it is supposed to. So it loses quite a bit of its effect as a consequence. We may just have received a badly produced item. But if others report a similar problem, I would recommend buying a different spinner.We bought from Wind and Weather, which is a terrific company. This is the only item from them with which I have had trouble. It’s been a busy fall, so I lacked time and energy to return it—I would do business with them again in a heartbeat, but likely not purchase this particular item again. It’s awfully pretty when there is no wind, but disappointing when there is.

read dimensions before buying. i didn't. Thought it would be great for my Balcony but is way to big, and heavy to stand in any of my potted plants. obviously for a bigger space and/or pot or whatever. despite it being windy and the spinner standing straight up with no obstructions around the spinner it would not spin, only manually, and when spinning you can feel a bit of friction half spin. i have other trinkets for the wind around my little garden and they work fine. i read comments on only one side of the flower working and its true. we could only get the other side to turn on if you reset the switch. sometimes both sides will turn on but than that same side would turn off a moment later. also came missing a screw and box was Really beat up. overall its really pretty but needs a lot of improvement. such a shame

Outdoor yard enhancement, looks great

I was very excited to receive this windspinner. It is beautiful and well made but only the front panel spins.The back side when installed is free moving but the wind does not make it spin. It appears that the paddles are mounted flat instead of slanted like the front panel.

Easy to put together. Looks so beautiful during the day and night. Works great! Only drawback is that it is one of the higher priced ones on the market. But the recipient loves the color green and so this one was the winner! really is a beautiful product.
