I am amazed at the sound quality of these hearing aids. I am very happy with my purchase. I was able to hear more easily the people in my life who I think talk quietly. I don’t have to ask them to repeat as often. I can have the car radio volume lower and hear it well. The sound quality is good, not tinny. They are easy to insert and remove and so far they stay put. The battery life seems plenty long for my use. The volume and frequency can be adjusted. They come with various sizes of plastic ear domes. Their charging case and maintenance are convenient and not complicated. Audien has proactive customer service. A few days after delivery, Carlo from Audien called to find out how my experience has been using Atom One. I think if I had issues, Audien would give me a credit toward more expensive and newer versions but for now I am happy with what I have. I had the usual good purchase experience and delivery with Amazon. The listing had a $10 Amazon coupon. The Atom One is a worthwhile expense for me to see if hearing aids would be comfortable for me and would make a difference. A few days after delivery, there was a 20% Amazon discount and the only way Amazon would have given me the price adjustment was if I returned the aids I received and ordered new ones using the better discount. That seemed short-sighted given that: the items had been in my ears; I wanted to keep them; and Amazon would have to pay for return shipping. But that is Amazon’s policy. I didn’t return and reorder. I have mild hearing loss due to age/damage, not fluid buildup, and for me the Atom One hearing aids are a great quality and low-cost option.

For the price it's a fantastic deal. I can now converse with my wife without asking to repeat or talk louder. The product is simple to set up and use. But the follow-up was completely unexpected and a FIVE STAR experience. Carlo was informative, attentive and dedicated to my satisfaction and understanding of the product. I put this off for many years due to expense. Here is a quality way without minimum $ outlay to improve a very important part of life. And if you want to upgrade, they have a wonderful program. I'm sure I'll be taking advantage. Hear well again, it's certainly worth it.

Aids are not bad quality for the price. They work as described and do what hearing aids do. Only issue i had is one malfunctioned after 5 days. It took service 2.5 weeks to replace. Took them to ship twice as 1st one the shipping vendor lost

Purchased these for an elderly family member who seems to be able to hear at all frequencies but just needs things said or played a little louder than most people. Hearing evaluations and hearing aids are not covered by Medicare (parts A and B), so getting him an audio exam and paying for hearing aids ($1500+ usually) did not make a lot of sense for his mild hearing loss needs. Did some research and found these on Amazon. They amplify sounds well and are easy to use right out of the box. My family member also likes to listen to music and videos on his phone. So, after looking through reviews I found that this same company also makes a product that is an amplifier with Bluetooth (Atom X)—in essence amplifiers and earbuds in one (the earbuds connect to the phone for everything, so they also serve as a headset for calls). Since some reviews mentioned that the company is easy to work with, I called them to see whether returning the product to them or Amazon was the best route to get the other model. They offered me an upgrade fee from the Atom One to the Atom X that was significantly better than the price difference on Amazon, and the customer service agent (Kendel) was thoughtful enough to authorize for me to ship the Atom Ones back after the Atom Xs arrived so my family member wouldn’t be without an amplifier at any point. The Atom Xs are awesome. Same great sound amplification with the added function of also converting into earbuds. The case is very light weight, the buttons on the screen are big—solid design overall. Very user friendly for my elderly family member and all he required help with was the initial set up of the Bluetooth to the device. Very happy to have found these, would definitely recommend.
