Great buy
Works like a charm. Even if it can screw on the barrel it stays in and works just fine. Especially if you are like me who remove it after every use.

A very sturdy pump!
I am a 70 year old woman who wanted to build a rain water collection drum that I could pump the water out of the 55gal drum for me to water my plants on my deck. It was easy to assemble, attach to my water barrel, and pumped perfectly. I am very pleased.

Durable and works well
Honestly didnt get my hopes up to much when i bought this. Figured being plastic and the pricepoint it wouldnt last long. Well it proved me very wrong. It works better then the plastic and metal name brand ones we have at work. It pumps very smooth and consistent and is surprisingly durable. Must be good plastic. Even on drums that have been sitting in below freezing temps pumping 15w40 oil its certainly a little harder to pump but has no issue. My only complaint is i regulary have this in barrels in the back of a service truck and wish there was a rubber gasket so it gets a tight seal when you screw it on as when it rains ive had water seep in through the threads. Thats not really the pumps fault though would just be a nice bonus.

Great for eate
Works just as expected. One of the few appropriate for water. I needed this for a rain barrel and it screwed into the top cap. It would be nice to have an auto-siphon valve in it once it gets started so I don’t have to keep pumping.

Pump water out of barrel
this smart jerry is useful and I'm content I bought it. The only thing I did observed it cannot be screw on the upper barrel and it's loose. If it could be adjusted so that it's compatible to the opening to the barrel it will be excellent.

Failed quickly
Unfortunately it failed after pumping 5 gallon of gas. The description said it was capable of using it with gas, but I'm not sure of that description.
