How do you review a capsule. They are decent.I suppose it depends if you spitOr swallow. 🤔 I Dunno if they actually do anything but the write up says they do.If you squeeze the capsules hard enough you can get a face full of liquid.The bottle honks when you open it at first and the capsules have a sort of gel coating.

My Optometrist suggested I take Cod Liver Oil daily and so, I have: for about 6 consecutive months now. Maximum strength.Frankly, I have no idea as to whether or not this is beneficial.But since it is also claimed to be good for Muscles, Bones, Immunity, Heart & Brains, I carry on and, with this Seven Seas brand.(Seemingly, an unnecessarily large plastic container for 60 capsules. A significant percentage of air space. May be good for marketing reasons but bad news for anti-plastic campaigners.).

Bought for my son, they were tasteless, good value for money, but i don't think he took them for long enough to know whether they would have been beneficial for pain.

You can't taste anything...unless of course you burp later in the day but there's barely a taste there. They're a lot larger than ones you'd get from other drug stores. I recommend.
