I am not a scientist but play one at home. These are great ALA caps. They are easy to swallow, are made with coconut oil which I think help absorption and they have helped my ankle nerve spasm pain. Used to take a powder that took more and longer to work. I have now felt a difference in this product works faster and over time needed less often. Great price too.

These capsules are a game changer. The alpha lipoic acid significantly reduces the tingling sensation and the nerve pain from carpal tunnel syndrome. I was having a lot of symptoms, both day and night, from over-working my hands making jewelry. These capsules, in combination with methylated B complex vitamins, has helped my hands almost feel normal again! I have not been having to wear my huge carpal tunnel night braces since starting these. I still have some tingling, but nothing like what I was experiencing before. The ALA capsules are super easy to swallow since they are the soft-gel type (not a veggie capsule). I love that they have coconut MCT oil in them which is good for you anyway but also helps with absorption of the ALA. The recommended serving size is 3 capsules daily to get the full serving of 600 mg, and there are a whopping 100 servings in the pouch - so they are very reasonably priced.

Love this company! I've purchased from them before and like everything from their packaging to their ingredients. The use MCT oil was a huge selling point for me because I have MCAS and i cannot have any seed oils in my supplements so I specifically needed to find a company that made a supplement that was seed oil free. Great quality while still offering it at a great price point.

Good value. My only negative is these "softgels" are not soft. They are large, hard, and more difficult to swallow. I can't say whether they are helping yet.

I love the ease of getting all the alpha lipoic acid I need in a small easy to take dose. Major plus is these don't upset my stomach.

I don't yet know how effective they are, but they are well made, easy to swallow and packaged in a resealable bag that's really quite convenient.

High quality company and high quality supplement. Easy to swallow gel caps and soy free, and no aftertaste. Will definitely be buying again!

Which to me is surprising. As I understand this is synthetic ALA, which has to be converted in the body to R-ALA to be useful. My focus here is my feet (neuropathy). This is a positive contribution toward that end.
