Is this product enough when you have luck of b12? Or it’s dor prevention?

Hi, it’s enough to replenish your B12 levels to an optimum level.

If this is 4 sprays per serving, does that mean it has 12 servings? And only lasts 12 days?

I’d say no. I’ve bought this B12 spray several times now and never noted exactly how many days of 4sprays I’ve used. However, I’d say closer to 48 days of 4sprays each day is more accurate.

Does this contain caffeine?

Hi, Leticia! As the Boost spray contains green tea extract it does contain a natural form of caffeine, however, this is a very small amount, with just 0.5mg per four sprays. The purpose of the green tea in the spray is not this caffeine element, but that it is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant. A recent study published in The Lancet (June 2016) has also proven that green tea provides a chemical called epigallocatechin gallate, which contributes to improved cognitive function.
