After I ordered this phone I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. Some previous buys stated that the phones locked up due to have a balance with T-Mobile. As soon as the phone arrived, I called T-Mobile and checked that the phone was free and clear. It was. That set my mind at ease. The seller packaged the phone very well, and it arrived in like-new condition. As far as I can tell, I can't tell that it was used at all. It is a beautiful phone that looks flawless. I believe this is the best value for your money if you are looking for an iphone that is not the latest and greatest, but that is still useful with todays tech. No regrets. Great purchase.

Extremely Disappointed with “Excellent” Refurbished iPhone I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I bought this phone based on the description that it was “excellent refurbished” condition, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Here’s why I’m giving this a 1-star rating: 1. Overheating Issues: The phone gets hot very quickly during basic use, even when just browsing or texting. It’s uncomfortable to hold and concerning for long-term use. 2. Battery Life is Terrible: Despite the description claiming the battery was at 98%, the phone drains ridiculously fast. I can barely make it through a few hours before needing to charge again. For a phone advertised as “excellent,” this is unacceptable. 3. Scuffed Camera: The camera has visible scuffs on it, making it seem like no effort was made to refurbish or inspect the phone properly before selling it. 4. Battery Cycles Misleading: The phone already had 128 cycles, which isn’t what I would expect from a battery advertised as nearly new. This level of wear should have been disclosed upfront. 5. Stuck Without Options: I can’t go without a phone, so now I’m stuck with a subpar device in a predicament I didn’t sign up for. This was supposed to be a reliable, refurbished phone, but it feels like I’ve been sold something far from “excellent.” I’m very disappointed with this purchase and would strongly recommend others avoid this seller. Phone was in virtually new condition. The battery life meter was at 87%. I haven’t had a single issue with the phone. It was locked to AT&T but worked perfectly with my Cricket SIM card. I upgraded to the 15 pro max from an IPhone 11.

So the delivery and price was good everything on the phone is working good the quality was fine but I would give this 5 stars if the battery had been replaced 83 percent capacity isn’t that great it’s worth it for the money I’d still recommend and I’ll say there was no scratch’s on the screen the 256gb storage capacity is great I can download my shows the screen quality is great I like pro motion display overall I’d rate this product from this seller 8/10

The iphone arrived in a secure manner(had to sign for it), and looked absolutely perfect. I choose one that was already aligned with my carrier. If you have Verizon then maybe look for that in the description. It was easy to set up, I didn’t have to go yo carrier fo assistance. T he battery came at 80 percent and charged effectively to 100 and holds very well. I personally am happy about the up front information regarding returns / problems. MUCH better than my carrier. The price is undeniable fantastic for the models selling. I got a BETTER deal on a higher model with bells and whistles than my Cartier upgrade. BEST decision ever. Do the research and understand what you will be getting and you will be satisfied. I recommend this purchasing plan.

I called T-Mobile before buying this and they said I could unlock the SIM if I bought this phone because you just have to be with them for a certain period of time. I have been with them for 13 years so they said they could unlock it. However, the phone has an unpaid balance on it from the previous owner. This is common in stolen phones. While the phone itself was great quality, it is illegal to sell goods who's balances have not been paid.
