Worked well. Could have been packaged better. Just two bottles of solution in a plastic bag, and another bag with filters in it. One of my bottles leaked slightly during shipping and was a bit of a mess. everything rinsed off easily so five stars for value.

This product, including the additional filters, was a great VALUE!

Having all the extra water filters included makes it a great value and will extend times between cleanings as I can change filters more often

I have used Keurig Descaler for more than two years, with two different machines, and I have been very satisfied with the results. With proper rinsing there has been no after-taste, just the wonderful taste of my favorite coffee, Breakfast Blend. Of course, timely replacement of the filter completes the job. I give both the Descaler and Filters 5 STARS.

UPDATE: Today, April 17, 2018, the DESCALE indicator appeared again. That's 3 times in about 3 weeks. Now I'm using another half bottle but this time also just HALF the reservoir of water. I don't think it was enough product and/or perhaps my five year old machine is finally giving out. I hate the thought of selecting a new model.After reading some of the other reviews, and seeing the value in a 2-Pack, I decided on the ESSENTIAL VALUES DESCALER. We have a water filtering system in our kitchen and since having that, it seems the "descaling" indicator does not appear as often. When it finally appeared about a week ago, one vinegar cleansing did not do the job entirely because "descale" came on again within 2 days. That is when I came here looking for alternatives since I love our Keurig K75 and did NOT want to replace it.I like that this product mixes with water and you get TWO uses from each bottle. Some reviewers said they couldn't get rid of the chemical taste - I did not have an issue. Instructions said to run THREE clean reservoirs of water through and I was able to run just TWO. Perhaps that is due to the 72 Oz. capacity of my reservoir? Water vs Solution ratio; there's more water? Capacity varies between models - perhaps that should have been taken into consideration in Descaler Solution Instructions (just a thought).I did not see any "gunk" in the bottom of the clear glass pitcher I was using during descale (or previously with the 2 vinegar descales). However, I did notice that the water was dispersing in a "spray" stream again.

Received it earlier than expected. Great product.

Have Use this product since I found it online and gave it a try. I’m glad I did because it works excellent, last a long time, and you can’t beat the price.
