Yes, this is the right part for 08-13 CTS with the 3.6 V6. It has the larger holes already. The compatibility on Amazon may not reflect this, but I assure you this is the correct “valve” with the larger holes.

A perfect fit for my VE Commodore Ute. The old PCV valve is a bit of an effort to get out but there is plenty of info on the forums about removal.Saturating with WD40 is a good start. My old one was partially blocked,which can contribute to timing chain issues. The new one went in easily, then a final tap in to seat with an appropriate sized socket. The new one has the enlarged holes,which GM Australia introduced into the later model commodores
