Shoulder Replacement Relief
I had shoulder replacement and these have been perfect for ice pack relief. They freeze quickly and stay cold for about 30 minutes. The strap makes it easy to secure to you.

A godsend!! A+++ 5* best ice pack EVER
One of my best Amazon buys ever!!!!!! These ice packs.have saved me emdless nights of back pain. They are sturdy with a fabric side to go against the skin. Super cold and very long lasting. Freezes quickly as well so I can swap one out during the night if needed. Both pads came with attached straps AND nice plastic bag covers for the freezer. I love that it stays in place during the night with the velcro strap/band.

Best cold pack
Excellent cold packs for shoulder replacement care. The wide strap can hold it securely in place and the cold pack stays cold a long time. Buy the two pack so one is always in the freezer for instant relief. It is also thick and feels weighted so it really helps

Results immediately!
I have been suffering from sciatica for three weeks! My first improvement came the day after using the sciatica heat pad followed by these wonderful cold packs! These are the perfect size to nearly reach my pain, from my buttocks to my knee. Day two is even better and I got my first good night’s sleep last night. I am now using them for what little pain remains. I love these packs! One side gives intense cold, but flip it over and the soft side insulates for a less intense cold.

Great for Ice purpose
These have been good, I had surgery on my hip and ice has been my best friend. I don’t love how rigid they are right out of the freezer and it’s not possible to wrap it around my hip so I can only use it sitting/ laying down

Stays cold and secured
Stays cold for about 20-25 mins, which is all you need when alternating. Velcro stays securely fastened. I recommend this product.

Last quiet a while
P like these a lot but they are heavy and when i put it on my shoulder it causes a lot of discomfort
