Q: Where do you get this product? People have said it’s not authentic

I ordered mine from Amazon, and IT IS AUTHENTIC. I’ve used this product for more than 3 years. I use it everyday after showing on my wet hair to smooth it out. I began buying it off of Amazon because in the salon it is $36. Or if you have an honest hairdresser they could charge you wholesale price which is close to $18. Hope that helps.

Q: What is the difference in this Serum versus the thermal straightening balm? It looks like they would give same result. Smooth and heat protected

Have never used the straightening balm.

Q: Does this help menopause hair the nasty texture issue that comes with it?

I do not know about menopausal hair, but I have very dry hair from meds & this gives more body & doesn't dry it out. You only need a small amount on the hair
