I was skeptical about this product and how well it works! I can honestly say that I love it! The water most definitely tastes cleaner. The only downside is how expensive it is. It is easy to set up and use. I was worried about how noisy it was after looking at other videos, but it isn’t noisy if you sit it correctly on the base. Once charged it doesn’t last that long if you keep it going. I’m not sure if you are supposed to keep water swirling all day or just fill it 10 mins or more before you want a glass. Pour a large glass and take it off the base until ready for more (?). Obviously that makes the charge last longer. It’s no big hassle either way - just plug it in and charge it up. Note it is not a UK plug - but it’s not needed as I use a USB plug. Overall - I’m pleased with it. Looks great and water tastes great.

I do not really know how to rate this product. I really loved it (*****) when it first arrived but it broke shortly thereafter. The base is ceramic. When the carafe sweats (when it has cold water in it), suction causes the carafe to stick to the base when you lift up the carafe and then the base falls and shatters on the floor. The Base needs to either be made with material that will not sweat or something that will not shatter if this happens to you. So sad because I loved the product. It went from 5-stars to 1-star because of the material used on the base.
