Good reference. May be a bit outdated, but things change so quickly- I expect that!

It has many more meds list than I expected. The quality is pretty good, I’m OCD and wipe my badge a lot and it usually rubs off but this one doesn’t. The o LT down side is since every hospital has different policies, I wish I could edit the titration doses because some doses were way off but otherwise it’s good info and has extra info than expected. Overall it’s worth it
