Odd colour, but delicious full flavour
Kir is a favourite aperitif for me, so I've tried several different makes of creme de cassis, and like this best. It can't be denied that the brownish colour is unappealing, but the reviewers who've assumed that this indicates staleness are quite wrong - the flavour is deep, fresh, fruity and delicious, and you need only the tiniest quantity to turn indifferent white wine into a delightful summery pre-dinner drink. Don't use too much or it will be too sweet!

Tasty liquor
I bought Bols Creme de Cassis Liqueur to make a birthday cake for my husband to soak a chocolate sponge cake. The taste was just amazing, the deep of flavour unique, the texture so thick. I will buy it again definitely.

Lovely, deep dark blackcurrant flavours. Drank in champagne & it really was lovely. Great price & delivery. Very happy, will purchase again as it's hard to find the shops this year.

Cassis surprem
I just love this. I came across it first in france. I drink it in procecco or any sparking wine. My husband and i really enjoy it over a romanimtic meal.Which i cook at home.

Best kir royale
Tastes fab with Prosecco as it’s concentrated so only need a drop for a fab kir royale - highly addictive

Hmm...OK ish
Have to say not my favourite this,the colour is that of plum brandy and whilst the flavour and consistency is acceptable personally I prefer darker and richer cassis and I don't think it would appeal in a kir royale either

Lovely p[roduct!
My only gripe is the bottle isn't big enough! I have put it by for Christmas! Would definitely recommend!
