I’m here giving this review to inform that this supplement actually works! I did a bunch other stuff to help her Speed up her coat recovery process that I will discuss here but the button line is that this product is worth it! As you can see in the pictures, my mare had all her coat burnt due to her exposure in the pastures during summer. In order to restore it I did a bunch of stuff that I will tell you about that included modifying her diet. First I trimmed all of the coat the day she started on the supplements and then three weeks later because damage coat can’t be fixed so we had to get rid of it to speed up the process. A very important fact is that she was put on a stall away from direct sunlight during this process. She was also bathed twice a week to remove all dead skin and hair. Her bath included a human hair mask (with aloe Vera, vitamin E and Biotin) diluted with water that was prayed all over her body and left for 10 minutes before rinsing it off. But the main help for her coat came from her balance diet, Nu-Image provided 100 mg of copper, and almost 3 times the amount of zinc, plus biotin and methionine and other important ingredients for melanin production and a healthy coat. I also use another supplement with 50 more mg of copper and approximately 3 times that amount of zinc. The supplement which was for hoofs and coat, included other important ingredients that help her growing her hair back faster. Believe it or not the difference of time between pictures is approximately 6 weeks. Follow this steps and I guarantee you will see beautiful and better result on your horse coat using this product. This product has reformed my black, tobiano Walker/SSH....he was sooooo bleached last summer that he looked sorrel. This summer after being on this product for about a month,so far, after shedding his winter coat, he has turned black again and is sooo shiny. He obviously likes the taste as he gobbles his food up, no problem. I started with 1 scoop for a week then increased it to 2 scoops, and wow!! I highly recommend this product.

All I can say is that I am amazed at how much it has helped to get my horse's dark coat back. I have a Friesian. He was black when I got him, but the Florida sun bleached him out to a bay color. I order this about a month ago and within a few weeks his coat is almost black again! He looks beautiful! Love this supplement and I will continue to buy it and recommend it for anyone who wants to keep their horses coat dark and shiny.

This product works well , my horse was super shiny in 3 weeks with a healthy coat of hair .

I bought a bucket in July last year and my Mare was black for the rest of the year! This stuff is great. I’ll be buying again this year. Wish I had taken photos.

Love this product! My newest senior mare has a hyperactive thyroid, which is extremely rare, and not a lot of treatment options other than surgery. She was very ragged, thin, and her coat looked horrible. I bought this because it has kelp in it which is supposed to help her thyroid regulate. A great side effect has been an amazing shiny coat, beautiful new Mane and Tail growth, and an overall more healthy horse. I started with the maximum daily and have decreased it to one scoop per day. She is stunning. Everyone has commented on how much better she looks! I wish I had a before picture. Wonderful product!

Horses readily accepted this and ate it fine for a week or so, then they started picking around it. After the 2nd week they were beginning to look "off", unhappy, and not feeling their best. I stopped feeding this supplement and in a few days they were back to normal. I saw no benefits or change in coat quality. Tried this out of curiosity but will be going back to my tried and true, will not purchase again. Not saying this is a bad product, it just didn't work for us
