These are great readers for the price, but they are not unbreakable. Though I have to own up to being very heavy handed with them.The lenses are fairly scratch resistant, but will eventually dull and pick up abrasions. I have had maybe 8 pairs and some have lenses that have popped out, others have broken around the lenses and so had to be thrown.Consider them disposable and they do well. 👍🏼

These are very handy to keep in a pocket as they're flexible. But warning if you wear a pony tail. The little rubber grips on the arms pull hair!

Robust. I don't treat them well but they are surviving.

They are light but not flimsy. Hinges seem stronger than those of shop=bought readers.
