Energy boost sweets
Regular buyer of these for my diabetic son. Great for dealing with hypos and he loves the taste. I have also pinched them on occasion during exercise and they do provide a little energy boost. Not too strong a taste.

Essential and take up little space
Type 1 diabetic. Have packets in the car and every jacket pocket. Family also keep handy. While hiking essential and reassuring.

Not tried yet but bought them for hypos. Dextrose work well. They can be chalky but generally taste nice (orange). Have bought cola this time.
