We really like it, creative and simple.
We went to play this on a game day and ended up playing it all day. It is fun and can span a large age group. It makes you think outside the box and brings multiple perspectives into play. The words presented can often be used as verbs or nouns allowing for multiple interpretations. We also like that it is the group trying to achieve a goal together rather than pitting individuals against one another. It is creative yet simple.

Fun game but you have to buy parts separately.
Love this game but hate that they "up graded" the writing instruments. What I dont like is its an erasable crayon instead of an erasable marker (they do not give a sharpener with them either). We ended up buying a pack of erasable pens with the erasers on top and we bought extra easels as well because there just isnt enough some times. But I would recommend buying pens

Fun Game!
Just One has become one of my favorite games. It’s fun, makes you think, and is easy to learn. My family (whose ages range from 10 to 75) enjoys playing it. It’s also fun to play with friends.

Fun for kids who never want to play board games with us.
This is the game my kids always request we play. Simple easy fun and instead of being competitive jerks with each other they try and "help" each other so they can guess the word.

Great Game, but No Longer Includes Dry Erase Markers
The game is great, but the pencils are awful. We first played this game at a game party and they had the original dry erase pens. We thought that is what we would be getting when we ordered our own game, but no. The creators have made a poor choice in swapping out dry erase markers for those stupid waxy pencils. They are hard to write with, hard to read, and leave a waxy residue. We bought a set of black dry erase pens to go with the game. Also, the advertising on this listing is deceptive. In the pictures, video, and even on the box it, they make the writing from the pencil look much thicker and clearer than it actually is. They just overlaid a font rather than showing what the words written with the pencil looks like because it looks horrible, as you can see in my picture. So, 5 star game, but the crappy pencils and deceptive advertising knock it down to 3 stars. If you really want this game, budget in extra $ to buy dry erase pens (ideally with erasers on the lids).

Fun party game
I was introduced to this game at a 4th of July party, so I got it for family Thanksgiving and it was a hit. It is fun, easy to introduce, and can get hilarious. The game I tried on the 4th had white trays and colored dry erase markers, but this game came with colored trays, black dry-erase pencils and small erasing cloths. You'll need your own pencil sharpener, and you will need to find a cleaner that will remove the waxy black residue that lingers after multiple uses (I have not tried anything yet). The black pencil can be low contrast on the darker tray colors. You might want to use your own black dry erase markers.

I'm a fan of board games, but I'm not a fan of party games. This works well in small groups (with house rules) as well as larger groups. We've not played it in a particularly large group but can see it would be ore fun in a party (Christmas, and family over) atmosphere. Due to the reading/writing element and some words that wouldn't be in the vocabulary of younger players, it's one of those games that the 8+ rating is about right. Even with an 8yr old you may need to be selective on what words are in play. It's a very easy and quick came to play. Only takes a few minutes to play a few cards and can be tweaked to play as long or short as you like - so pacing is great. However, it's a great concept and well executed in the box. We got it for £9.99 on a Black Friday deal which was excellent value for money.

Great game. Easy to follow. If you can write and spell, you can play. All ages. Just a kids group or just an adults group. Mix up the age groups. Works for everyone!!
