All I can say is consider skipping your morning cup of coffee! I’ve used this product for 2 months working 84 hours a week for 2 months i highly recommend this product, I won’t lie the taste will have you making ace venture faces how ever you won’t have to worry about blood sugar spikes and afternoon crashes. They work in helping suppress your hunger but must be consistent in drinking it. I feel it’s a bit pricey. I can’t afford to buy it monthly
