I highly recommend the XXL Husband Pillow. It is comfortable, supportive, and well-made. It’s great for reading, watching TV, or relaxing in bed. The back support is excellent, and the size is generous without feeling bulky. The tan color looks great and blends well with most colors.

I am a person who loves to stay at home, in my room, in my bed. I'm often watching movies/TV on my laptop while I'm in my bed, or even working on things. I've had several of these back pillow things before, but those have been cheap ones that I get from a random store. They've never offered quite the amount of support I need, especially because they usually are not tall enough to come up all the way to my head, so I can't support my head on anything. Additionally, these are much less sturdy, and I've had some where the seams have ripped after a while. This one is a little pricier for a backrest pillow, but if you spend a lot of time reading/watching stuff/etc in bed, I definitely recommend this. It's a lot more comfortable than just trying to stack up some pillows and lean against that. In addition to this I have a very nice laptop stand that I use, and together with that it makes a perfect little office in bed! One thing I really like about this is that it has a little pillow support for your head, which you can adjust to be higher or lower depending on your preferences. The pillow is not super soft, which I like as it provides a lot of support. The arm rests are nice too. The stuff the pillow is filled with is malleable, so if you need more support in a certain area, you can sort of squish the pillow into the form you want. There is also a little pocket on one of the arm rests which is nice, as well as a pocket on the back of the pillow. The top of it has a handle which is useful for when I go to bed, I can easily put the pillow on the floor. It is a little heavier than your regular backrest pillow, probably because of the stuff it's filled with. But overall, I have been using this thing for a while now, and I definitely recommend it. Even after hours sitting in bed reading or using my phone/computer, it still provides support and comfort. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is a homebody like me, or who likes to work/read/watch TV a lot in their bed! Update Oct 2023: It has been 4 years since I purchased this back pillow. I do not regret a thing. The only negative thing that has happened is that the handle on top of the pillow broke, due to the weight of the pillow. It doesn't bother me as I just grab the pillow to put it onto the floor. But it may be something to think about if you struggle with the heaviness of the pillow. I have not tried to re-sew the handle back on as I do not need this function. But I am sure that it is possible. Highly recommend this pillow, especially if you have back/neck pain.

There were many options and sizes/style varieties when it came to searching for a Husband/Boyfriend type pillow here on Amazon. It took me quite some time to narrow down my selection to this particular pillow, and even after purchasing it I was still unsure if this particular pillow would meet my needs or if I would be saddled with packing it back up for a return. Let me tell you, I am extremely glad that I purchased this particular Husband Pillow from HitNotion. I have had the pillow for about 6 weeks or so at the time of writing this and I use it every single day! The quality is amazing! PROS: -Larger size, actually accomodates and ADULT Sized Human, unlike many of these types of pillows that do not. -It will easily support taller people, at least 6 ft tall or maybe larger. I am 5'11" tall and it definitely has more room to expand. -It is firm enough to support your bodynand stay upright on its own. -It has the extra roll pillow on top to support your neck while also giving you the option to easily remove it. -Not only does this husband pillow have a high quality removable/washable zipper cover as well as the roll pillow too, but the actual inside pillow itself has a zipper case to add or remove "stuffing/filler" to your liking, easily adjusting the plushness and firmness of the pillow. This is very important as we humans are not "one-size-fits-all"... -This pillow has extremely handy design features like a beverage bottle holder on the side and a slot in the back for magazines/smartphones/accessories. -Lastly, the manufacturer has extra/replacement covers for sale in a variety of colors, right here on Amazon! Now this is not a necesssity, but is still extremely helpfull on laundry day as you can just swap out the extra clean covers while you wash the dirty ones so your pillow always stayed covered and clean. This is also very useful in the event that your cover ever gets damaged, stained or too worn and needs to be repaced. CONS: None at the moment but I will come back an post an update if/when that ever changes. BOTTOM LINE: If you are on the fence about this purchase as I initially was, don't be, just buy this pillow and you will not regret it! enjoy!

And I called them about 2 weeks ago to see if there was a way that I could purchase a replacement neck roll for one of them, and I spoke with the young lady named Eva, and she was absolutely wonderful. She showed me how I could purchase just the pillow and I was trying to get a cover. But they don't sell those individually, but she was amazing to work with. In addition, they were absolutely wonderful with follow up questions and responses. My daughter and my friend absolutely loved her husband pillows. Thank you so much for such a great product.

I read many product reviews before I bit the bullet and invested in this pillow support - and it was an investment as the price point is higher than many of its competitors. I cannot say I wasn't tempted to go with the cheaper 80's throwback style but after just a week with this pillow, I am really glad I didn't. My positive experience began with the customer service "tips" email I received shortly after ordering; that level of service continued to surpass expectations after I received the pillow, as text message support for some questions I had was prompt and helpful. My impression is that this is a company that cares and wants their customers to be satisfied. The pillow was shipped quickly and arrived in a smaller package than I expected. There was no outgassing, no odor at all even though the pillow had been compressed and tightly wrapped in plastic. This was cited as an issue with other brands. I followed a reviewer's tip, took off the pillow cover and put the pillow in the dryer for 30 minutes on medium. Voila - a fully puffed-out support. Make sure your dryer is large enough if you try this. I got the regular cover in chocolate. The color is as shown. The cover is like velveteen, soft to the touch and, thankfully, amazingly, does not attract lint. I believe the pillow weighs about 9 pounds, so it is not too much of a monster to move around; the handle makes lifting it easy and is secured tightly to the pillow. That said, the pillow is not insubstantial either and is best for use on the bed, reading, watching videos or attending the all too frequent virus-generated Zoom meetings. It would not work for me as well in a chair or on the couch due to the thickness of the pillow. I haven't used the back pocket but the side pocket is very useful and great for holding a phone or a remote. The back without the neck pillow is definitely 24 inches, providing much higher support than the standard 18 inches of many other pillows. That alone is enough to make me grateful I chose this pillow after having sat against it for extended meetings. The ability to unzip the pillow to remove (or add) foam is a huge benefit for me. I decided I needed the back to be a bit more flexible to curve more under the base of my spine and I wanted the arms to come closer to my body. Removing foam achieved both those goals. I will warn you, however, do not wear black leggings and do it in an area that is easy to sweep. Despite sticking the opening of a plastic kitchen trash bag inside the zipper for transferring the foam, the filling escaped my hands and surrounded me. I strongly advise having a dryer sheet handy. It worked wonders to minimize static cling as I gathered the wayward pieces. The only drawback for me was the neck/head roll that attaches to the top of the main pillow. I found myself wishing it too had a zipper so I could adjust the amount of filling as it is just a bit too firm. I may end up making a small slit to remove some foam then duct tape the opening before putting the separate cover back on it. The roll has elasticized bands to attach it to two buttons on top of the main pillow. The bands have 3 openings so the roll can be secured tighter to the top or left to drop down a bit with either of the other two band openings. However, due to the fullness of the neck/head roll, if it is left to hang down, it rolls back up as I lean against it. If it is buttoned in the tightest position, the neck/head roll offers more support but is set back a bit too far for me to keep my head upright even with the pillow against the wall, thus it is not especially useful when reading or watching a video. It is better for leaning back and resting. The neck/head roll also is useful off the main pillow to support a book or my arms in front of my body if I am leaning forward to watch a screen and is also good as a support beneath my knees. The pillow and the cover can be washed and the company offers a 3 year warranty and options to buy more foam, as well as replacement or 2-color reversible covers. I expect this pillow to last for some time and recommend it for its features, quality and for the customer service experience.

I use it on a futon plus I am 6'5". First, it is quite thick so it pushes the butt halfway off the seating area. The neck pillow is useless since the top of the back is 6" from the upright back of the futon and it just hangs in an open space. But on the bright side, it gives great back support!

Big, firm, cushy, soft, comfortable, durable. Hits all the checkboxes. I unpacked mine and let it sit on my couch for 2 hours - voila, fully "puffed". No weird chemical smells, etc. You can remove + wash the cover. The headrest can double as an extra pillow or lumbar support if you need it to. I use it on my bed, on the couch, and even on the floor with an additional cushion to sit on. What's not to like? Total pro package! This is the ONE.

I am over 6 feet tall and find the bed rest pillow to be perfect. I am currently ill and am spending a lot of time in bed and the pillow is greatfor additional support.

I was looking for a giant pillow for the back of my bed, and this one was by far the best i found for the size & price point. It practically adds a new place to sit in my tiny apartment, which is invaluable to me. It's just overall really comfy to sit against.

Lijdend aan rugproblemen, heb ik al veel kussens geprobeerd en deze is veruit de beste. Ik ben 1m82 lang. De meeste kussens zijn te laag. Deze is gewoon perfect en het hoofdkussen is een pluspunt. Het kussen ondersteunt de rug erg goed en is niet te zacht en niet te hard. Dit is precies waar ik naar zocht. Let ook op een extreem snelle commerciële service. Er misten twee knoppen om het hoofdkussen te bevestigen en de verkoper stuurde me meteen een nieuwe hoes. Ik ben erg blij met deze aankoop en ik beveel de aankoop van dit kussen zonder enig voorbehoud aan.
