Use the CanDo Pronation/Overpronation Wrist Exercise Wheel to exercise your wrist, forearm, and shoulder at home. Our wrist wheel requires little strength to use, so it is a functional rehabilitation trainer for patients of all ages and patients who are getting early rehab to overcome surgery or injury. The wrist wheel is easy to grip handlebars that fit any hand size and can be used with the bending gloves on. The handlebar is located off the center to allow for shorter or longer rolling motion. The outside of the wheel has a non-slip rubber surface that allows for smooth and stable movement. To perform pronation, slowly rotate the wheel toward the opposite shoulder and hold the edge in a shorter position. To perform supination exercises, slowly roll the wheel from the opposite shoulder and hold it in a shorter position.
