Great System - easy install
Great camera images, very easy to install, just plug and play. I can view with the app easily as well as viewing straight from the dvr box.Very pleased with this system.

Great playback, cameral angles and night vision
Just replaced my older Night Owl system with this (only because my DVR died after 10 years) and I love it. Better playback features (backward/forward/slow motions etc.). The camera's are also made in a way that you can position them at any angle vs. my older camera's.The video quality is really good, same with night vision.

Unstable performance and unreliable event detection
Review of the Surveillance SystemOver several years, I purchased four video recorders of this brand, designed for 4 and 8 cameras.The first two devices worked without major issues; however, problems appeared with the last two recorders.1. The second-to-last video recorderStopped working properly with the hard drive. As a result, the system cannot record video, and the recorder essentially fails to perform its primary function.2. The most recent video recorderVideo recording is active; however, the event function is unstable:• events are not always displayed even though there is movement in the frame;• the connection to the cameras is periodically lost, and during these moments video recording does not occur;• sometimes the system shows an event even though nothing actually happens in the frame.As a result, the system’s behavior is unpredictable, and identical devices under similar conditions and settings operate differently, which makes them difficult to rely on.Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase.

Great product and customer service
Great product! It has been couple weeks and has been working seamlessly so far. Great customer support as well. Nancy was very kind, she calls and makes sure the system is running as it should. Love it!

Poor customer service but ok cameras
The cameras are a better quality than the one that I used to have but their customer services very bad as they only have one person in the Philippines I called couple times and he’s the only one who answers and he have to send in an email and wait for them to respond And by the time they respond to me, I’ve already fixed the issue by using Google or ChatGPT also the app on the phone is not a good app. It’s slow and old and has ads.
