Lark A1 (2TX + Lightning RX), Wireless Microphone for iPhone/iPad

I LOVE THIS THING! SIX stars! How about TEN STARS?!??! I don't know how I ever got along without it. I live fairly close (1/3 of a mile of so) to a major highway, and anything I'd shoot outdoors always had road noise. As you'll see in my video, the Hollyland Lark A1 put an end to that problem! It's absolutely night and day! Easy to set up. Literally just plug and go! If the receiver is plugged into your phone, the phone automatically switches over from the built-in mic. The app is straightforward and easy to figure out. Holds a charge for a good while. Seems like 60-90 minutes or so? I haven't actually measured it. But considering there are two, you can use one while the other one charges. The magnetic clip is just fantastic. SOOOO much easier and gives you WAY more options than a traditional mechanical, tension clip. And I LOVE the compact size compared to all those big, clunky things you see sooo many people using lately. SO much less distracting in your images. And the price!??!?! It's unbelievably affordable. I'd gladly pay $100, maybe even $200 for this mic! Is it AS GOOD as a $1000, pro-level mic? NO. Is it as good as a $300 semi-pro mic? Probably not. But I think most people would have to have them side-by-side to notice a difference. (if there was any at all) As far as any negatives... Mostly trivial! I wish it had a hard case to store everything in. BUT the "box" does have well-fitted compartments, so I guess that will get the job done! And the magnets are so strong that if one mic is in the charging base, the other will try to yank it out as you try to put it in next to it. It does also seem to add a little bit of distortion to your voice. But for the price? I'm quite happy to call that "personality," along the lines of tube distortion in an amplifier : ) I can't believe I've been shooting videos all these years without this. And if you get it, I'm certain you'll feel the same way!

It’s a good lightweight pro mic. It works well. It’s fairly easy to set up. And it is taking place of my desk mic for the time being. Good quality product!

These are the easiest microphones you can buy to use with your phone. Easy to configure and durable. The battery last a long time. Very easy to hide within your clothes. Also the quality of the audio is great right out of the box.

Best mic hands down, clear, easy to use, and nice charging case …no issues clear sound, noise reduction, easy 2 option clip on ( magnet or clip on).

Good quality the sound is good. Decent for me as a beginner YouTuber.

These are pretty good for the price! I haven’t used them a lot, but so far so good. I don’t know if it picks up at a high enough volume, but so far it’s a lot clearer than using the phone audio.

I've had these mics for a while, so it's time I shared my experience. If you're looking for an excellent pair of mics at a good price - stop - you've found them. I can't believe they've packed so much top-quality technology into such a tiny and elegant package for this price. Of course, the most important thing is sound quality, and I can't fault them. Used together for stereo take it to another level. The range and detail is simply superb, and when that's coupled with the free app, it makes them unbeatable. And so easy to use too - the multi coloured LEDS on the mics and transmitter is an immediate way of seeing the status at a glance. I can't recall being this happy with a product at this price... ever. Very highly recommended.

Amazing sound quality for the price! Very tiny , I carry it in my small purse , I like that there are two mics! Don’t forget to charge the mike box btw! The battery gets depleted just being unused. Not sure if it’s supposed to be like that or mine is faulty , anyway I charge it just before the usage so I’m good!

This is good for anyone starting to make videos on YouTube on social media. The sound is way better than just from the iPhone but still not as good as professional ones. And based on the price this is a really good product. The quality also is not cheap but feels professional.
