What size pogo pins would i need to use with the 6 pin cable?

You wouldn't - the connector is a standard size 2x3 IDC so it will fit on a matching box or, as I do, to a standard 2x3 pin header with 2.54 mm spacing.

Where can I find the drivers for this?

I had to use http://zadig.akeo.ie/ to get windows to accept the drivers (libusb). This needed to be done nearly every time I used the programmer as windows kept resetting the driver. Overall this device is a huge pain to use, although it can be made to work. Good luck!
