No Nonsense Gym Book
This books is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps it simple and doesn't waste pages on things I don't need. Allows me to record my weight sets on one side of the page and my cardio on the other with any notes I want to make to myself. Small in size, but I like that because it is convenient to carry around the gym and doesn't feel cumbersome at all. If it holds up to wear and tear, I would order this again once I fill this book up.

Pages are upside down.
Was very happy when I opened the journal. Love the layout. As I’m going through the pages I see that the pages are upside down on day 11. Not cool.

great journal for logging workouts
just got my training journal two days ago and have used it both days at the gym. it's a great way to keep track of amount of weight and reps i do on what machines and exercises. (it also keeps me motivated to do more reps)

This exercise book was exactly what I was hoping for a small journal 📔 when I go to the gym 🏋🏿♀️

This is an excellent little book
This is an excellent little book. I keep all of my workouts inside and I am starting to notice that my strength is increasing and my level of weight is increase also. I reviewed my cardio and I notice that I am burning more and more calories. My speed, distance and level is also increasing. I would highly recommend this book because you will see yourself in a new light from start to finish.

Not too big. Not too small. I like how uncluttered each open page is with room to note exercise, weights & reps & an open space for other notes. I track my meals in My Fitness Pal so I don't need a lot of the other details in other workout logs. Would definitely buy again.

Too small for price
I don't mind compact, but as you can see by the attached picture, this thing is tiny. I'm usually in a rush to get through my session and don't have time OR desire to worry about getting everything in the miniature spaces. My bad for not reading all the reviews. Not worth the $$$

Front page is to record your starting measurements, then the balance is to record the exercise your weight and repetitions per set one through five, cardio equipment used or cardio class, space for you to record distance level speed time if you’re on a piece of equipment call me your heart rate, calories burned and a section for notes. The last page is your finish date final measurements and personal bests. What colour coded sheet at the back is just one cardboard page front and back of exactly what is displayed in the picture. Best fitness journal!
I have just repurchased this fitness journal after almost completely using up my first one. I love this journal!!! It is so easy to plan my workouts ahead of time, and make notes throughout my workout of how I'm feeling that day, cues I want to remind myself of and anything else I may want to jot down during my lift. I don't do much cardio so I use that space to write down my goal percentages for that week. I find this so much easier than using a smartphone and it is much more compact than an average notebook. The best part about this journal is when I am feeling like I'm not reaching my goals, I can flip back to the beginning pages where I started and see just how far I have really come! This is a staple in my gym bag and will continue to repurchase as long as it's available.

Love this little book!
I've used my "little black book" which is really white for every workout since I purchased it. I keep it in my car, pre-plan my workout and record every single set. Gives me something to do between reps. I love this, it is small, and has spots to write the exercise, reps and sets. Has a great notes section to as well as space for cardio/classes all on one page. Very good way to have a fantastic workout every session.

Love the size!
Great little fitness journal, it’s nice and small so it doesn’t take up too much room and very easy to carry and take around. Pages are great too, simple layout so you can write what exercises you did yourself. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness journal to use at the gym

Great, simple journal
It's a little bit pricey (it's just a notebook after all), but I like the convenience of logging your workouts on pre-printed pages showing your date, exercise, reps and weight information. Others have said it is too small for writing, but unless you have a lot of extra notes, this does the job fine. I love that it's ring-bound - makes writing in it much easier.
