Made of soft, high-quality plush materials, they are huggable, cuddly and durable, making them perfect companions for young children. The size of the dolls is also just right for little hands to hold, making them easy to manipulate and control. What sets these dolls apart from other plush dolls is their unique facial expressions. The six different expressions include happy, sad, angry, surprised, sleepy and silly. The faces are embroidered onto the dolls, which gives them a realistic and expressive look. Children can easily identify and associate each facial expression with a specific emotion, which is an important step in developing emotional intelligence. Parents and educators can use the dolls as a tool to teach children about emotions, and to encourage open communication about feelings. The dolls can be used to identify how a child is feeling, to talk about why they feel that way, and to learn constructive ways of dealing with strong emotions. For example, a child might use the happy or silly doll to represent a positive emotion, such as joy or excitement, while using the angry or sad doll to represent a negative emotion, such as frustration or disappointment. Parents can then help their child identify the triggers that lead to these emotions, and teach them ways to deal with them. They are well-made, adorable, and versatile, providing endless opportunities for children to learn and grow. Whether used for playtime, teaching, or therapy, these dolls are an excellent investment for any parent or educator looking to support children's emotional development.

These are expensive but the quality is really good. My toddler loved them and hugged one right away. They are a good size, I’ll have to measure them. They aren’t tiny, they’re like a small sized teddy bear, perfect to fit in the hand of a toddler, don’t have to use both hands. This is a good way to intrigue toddlers and talk about emotions. They are diverse and seem to be gender neutral so any child can relate to them. The dolls are soft and the expressions are well demonstrated, I just got confused with the tired one but I figured it out. You can change out their smocks too for the fun of it.

Bought these for my 3 year old niece she couldn’t put them down once she opened them and continues to play with them. They are well made and a great developmental toy as well.

This is a cute set of dolls to help little ones with their emotions. I would have given these dolls 5 stars but two of the dolls have almost the same "Surprise" expression.

We love these! We bought them when baby was about 9 months old and he wasn't very interested, but now that he's older, it's a regular game for him to bring us one and have us make the faces. We use in conjunction with a Baby Faces book to teach emotional awareness. We have a variety of skin tones in our multicultural family, so it was important to me that that be represented. They're a nice low plush and very soft. He likes changing around their sleep-sack outfits. They say wipe-down only for cleaning, but someday we'll have to see how they survive the washing machine.
