Great. Just had to remove the flow restrictor.

Perfect match to complete our new bathroom remodel. We love the brushed-nickel color and the design. The different selection mode of rains spray is what I was looking for. The water pressure is excellent and well balanced.

Hansgrohe makes a quality product. I swapped out my Raindance shower head - 13 years old and used every day - for this one. Excellent product. Installation was easy.

Not what I was expecting from this brand. Pressure is significantly lower vs the one I bought years ago. Packaging came as it was previously open and repacked. I would look for a different brand. At this price range certainly quality is a must.

Water flow was weak- was going to return but then I pulled out filter and removed the restrictor with a pair of tweezers -the restrictor is two pieces that are behind the filter Now the water flow is fabulous-the way a shower should feel

I've used this handshower for a little over a year and find its 3 operating modes satisfactory. Its biggest feature is its looks - a slick modern statement for the bathroom. However it is not a cheap unit and you'd expect it to be well-made and to hold up over time. A couple of weeks ago the button that switches between the 3 modes stopped working, leaving the shower in between two modes. It was sufficient to call the Hansgrohe customer service number, ask for technical service, and after emailing them proof-of-purchase I received a brand-new unit within a week. Hopefully it will last more than 1 year. If it was not for their stellar customer service I would give it 1 star.

I first learned about the Hansgrohe Raindance shower head on a cruise of all places. I fell in love with it on the cruise, so did some research when I got back home and purchased one for myself. I don't know what trick they use to get such a better feeling and stronger flow than other brands, but they've sure won over my heart. My water pressure is not very good, but this shower head makes it seem much stronger than it is. All the other brands that I have wasted my money on in the past failed miserably.

As the two star description indicates, I didn't like it. That's not to say it's bad if the spray patterns work for what you want. It seems like a well made product, albeit an overpriced one in my opinion compared to some other brands (Ana Bath is one I am currently using) that work just as well (but still don't have the spray pattern I desire). My problem with it was I really just wanted a full pattern (no "hole in the middle"), hand held,"rain" shower head. Which from the picture it looks like it would be. But, the finer "rain" mode only uses half of the jets you see on the face. Disappointing to me. The other half of the jets are for the "air rain " mode, but once again now not using the finer ones. So in either mode you are only using half the jets. Not something that was indicated in the description here or on Hansgrohe's site. The push button was the only positive to me, as it is more convenient for one handed operation, but I didn't even want to have to switch between modes, I just wanted to use the rain mode, if it had been satisfactory to me.

I purchased this hand shower to replace a 5-8 year old Hansgrohe Raindance E120 (rotary style without te select button) that had started to leak from the 3 “whirl” spouts when not selected. This new unit performs adequately but not exceptionally. The Intensity of spray seems a little weaker and the “whirl” function did not “whirl” like my previous model. The packaging also seemed un-pristine and may have been a repack. I also noted that the head to handle angle has increased from 60° to 72° resulting in the spray shooting further away from the wall with the holder tilted all the way down. A decent shower head but fell short of my expectations. I am re-buying the Raindance E120 without the sext feature which I will review in the future.
