I was able to get off the proton pump inhibitors and use this when needed. It works instantly and is better than using baking soda.

Excellent to raise bodily pH. I use everyday in my water. Tastes fine. If I concentrate it too much- 1 scoop in 8 oz of water I get diarrhea though, so I put two scoops in 1.5 liters of water and drink throughout the day. Great product!

I trust Robert o Young completely. And every time my blood has tested twice a year it comes out 8.0 or higher pH level thank you Robert o young and everybody for this product

Like the product and recommend. However, it's expensive for what it is and the main reason I gave it four stars. Couldn't find the scooper in the container (it's small and was really buried) so I ended up using 3x as much my first use. It will get the plumbing moving if you do this. Thought about using this regularly, and shared it with my doctor. My doc is plugged in and well accomplished. He recommended I save my money and just use tums (or other antacid) and baking soda. Said those two are the same and will accomplish the same results for far less money. Here is my dotor's exact e-mail response below: "That supplement that alkalinize your blood contains sodium bicarbonate which is baking soda, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate. The latter found in Tums chewables. You are better off eating foods that contain large amounts of magnesium such as black beans, avocados, spinach, tree nuts, and brown rice. Then place a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate, baking soda, in a glass of water and drink it after you chewed one Tums. That will be a money saver. There is no clinical data that any of the supplements would help you in any way more than a healthy diet with some of the foods mentioned above. Hope that helps!" I've already ordered both tums and baking soda and I"m going to try to go that route and compare. The tums will certainly taste better. BTW, I'm just going for a more alkaline body. I drink alkaline water and eat a mostly alkaline diet most of the time. My doctor's response, more than anything, is once again a strong reminder to eat a healthy, mostly plant-based diet. In addition to being best for my health, a plant-based diet is best for the environment. American's meat-eating diet is by FAR our biggest drain on the plant.

I could really feel the difference after taking this the first time. Consistently use this twice a day to keep my internal Ph high.
