How do you clean this?

Thank you for your question. Light cleaning: use a vacuum to remove debris and hair. Spot-cleaning: use of cold water and soft cloth is advised. If Total washing is desired, please hand wash in cold water with wool detergent and air dry. Slight reshaping may be required to maintain good form. We do not recommend machine wash as it will decrease lifespan of cat cave and we do not want your lovely kitty be without our cave)) However we've received messages that some cat parents washed it in machine on delicate, cold water and then air dried. There is a vertical crease on the top, causing it to cave a bit, instead of being rounded. Is there something I can do to fix it? Heat maybe?

Thanks for your question.I was able to make a perfect form of the cave by stuffing 2-3 old pillows/blanket/cloth inside (it should be really tight) and just leave it for a few hours.After this procedure it's holds shape just perfect!Also you can try to put it in the drier unit for 30 minutes.Both methods absolutely safe for caves, because it really sturdy and made to last for years.Hope this info useful.Regards

Are these beds washable?

I'm surely going to wash mine at some point. I think like all wooll products, you're safe if you wash in cold water using Woolite and drip dry in the tub. I wouldn't toss in a washer unless on gentle / cold, and I definitely wouldn't wash on warm or hot or put in a dryer.. It's wool.
