It explores our inner world, how we relate to others, and how we can improve both ourselves and the way we navigate our social environment. The interactive elements — including the test and the film clips — were a pleasant surprise. They clearly illustrate emotionally intelligent behaviours versus inadequate ones, helping readers recognise and apply the habits used by people with higher emotional intelligence. I strongly recommend The New Emotional Intelligence by Travis Bradberry. If you expect a traditional book, you will find a more dynamic and interactive reading experience. This book is also an excellent resource for corporate Emotional Intelligence training, as it works equally well in professional and personal contexts.

Informative! Deep!
Great book! Not for everyone though in my opinion. If you aren't an emotional intelligence junkie, don't start here. That said, I loved it!
