OMG. This is a FANTASTIC product. I had no idea that Liquid Smoke could be such a life-changing condiment, but it is. This product imparts pure smoky flavor into any dish to which it is added. You'd think you were adding bacon to a dish, or had smoked your food over an open wood fire. I can only describe this as adding an element of Umami and complexity.This is satisfied by Amazon, whose packaging leaves a lot to be desired. My first package arrived with one of the bottles damaged. I used the undamaged bottle and was so turned on that I bought it again. If you are trying to impart smoke flavor to your food, but are trying to lower your fat intake, this product can easily be used in place of bacon. WOW.

What’s really nice is that’s it a true smoke flavor, no chemically smell or aftertaste.I enjoy mixing it with hamburgers and adding a dash or 2 to my steaks. It’s truly versatile and can be used anywhere you need that delicious Smokey flavor.Another great way to use it is in an Insta pot or ninja foodie, just add it to the water and you’ve got a beautiful subtle smoke flavor to your dish.
