Nature's Eats Cashew Flour Finely Ground, 16 Oz

Added this to the Panko breading and made the chicken have a nutty back end taste without being grainy or sticky like adding PB or something. Make good chicken strips with it or mix with flour for adding flavor to drop biscuits.

Cashew — four stars — nice, soft, maybe blanched. Gentle flavor. Not roasted. No skins, that we can tell so far. Pecan — one star — faint pecan sweetness, but mostly bitter, grainy, lots of dark brown, bitter skins. Not blanched, that we could tell. Not roasted. Could barely choke it down. Might chat with amazon customer service to see if they will refund.

I am allergic to almonds, and thus I can't bake with almond flour even on keto. This Nice cashew flour is very good substitute for Almond flour 1:1. It is clear and the baked goods look nice and bread like color. But, being cashew, I learned that it is not really keto friendly. :-( In any case, I still like it a lot, and prefer using it to other nut flours that I would be able to use, the grain is nice and fine, it smells good. It is a good flour.
