Premium item and Performance
I had a less expensive set up however I decided to upgrade having seen how the Wazza Air headphones performed. Out of the box after after a quick charge, pairing was a dream and it literally is plug and play - one into the guitar an the other into the amp. Latency isn't an issue and the sound quality is equally to having a lead plugged in but with none of the restrictions. The only thing I would have liked was for the transmitter to have been hinged to lay flat along the body of the guitar so I could leave it in when putting my guitar into its rack however that's a small quibble and the performance upgrade is noticeable. If you are prepared to pay the premium you will get a premium performance.

6 month update - solid, can't go wrong with boss.
I still haven't made my mind up on these. I have three guitars, one with active emgs, second with active fishman fluence and third with passive Seymour Duncan. Even though on the box it says it's designed for passive pickups, it seem to work fine on my guitars with active pickups. They are easy to set up. Edit: 6 months have passed, I've played 4 shows at the start of the year, and these haven't let me down. The lights are very helpful because I like to know in advance how much charge there is left, so even when playing shows if you suddenly find yourself in the red region, you will still have enough charge to finish the show. Although I always make sure they're charged a night before. My only criticism would be the bulkiness of the product. On two of my guitars it's not too much of an issue because of the jack position and guitars' body shape conceils it, but on my PRS (jack is in the most common placement), the transmitter sticks out too much. This is very noticeable. I wish that the transmitter's body was on a pivot so the bulk of it could have been adjusted and hidden.

Couple of niggles so far
I had the Line 6 for a number of years and to be honest could not fault how it worked, never a dropped connection I remember, and it also seems better build quality (I know unusual!!!). I however needed to go portable, and the way the line 6 receiver needed to be plugged into power was a pain, so I moved to these. Only had them a couple of days. But build quality, the plastic appears lighter and cheaper. Taking in and out of the guitar is a bit stiff (might be good or a bad thing). The sound appears perfectly fine and there is no sign at all of latency. The connection has me worried. I watch the blue light flick on and off regularly, I am pretty sure it must be the fact I have a sky mini box (aka wifi hotspot) within a metre distance. But it only seemed to happen when plugged into one of my Valve Amps, the Helix and direct to mixer was fine. I'm going to try a few things to resolve the above. But on the flip, the portability is great!!

Outstanding
I have had mine for a few months now and it is just so good. I previously had a Line 6 G10 which was utter garbage, all 3 of them! They tried to sort all the problems out but sadly never did. So this item is a real breath of fresh air. It just works, really well. It holds its charge, it pairs well, it is total guitar freedom.

Fabulous
I have always used Xvive wireless which has served me well, but these Boss WL20s are way above, for clarity and pure warm tone. I have used them in a Michael Kelly Hybrid (Active) and Fender precision Bass (Passive). I was a bit sceptical at first as to whether they would improve my sound, but I need not have worried. They are quite exceptional and a must for wireless connection.

Avoid if you have WI-FI router anywhere near where you intend playing your guitar
Continually drops out and is incredibly frustrating. Presumably because I have wi-fi router at my home. Avoid if you intend using anywhere near your wi-fi router. Reviews I had read of this product didn't warn of this issue so I am doing this here. Basically £150 wasted.
