Beautifully made (in America) knife!
I realized there are several times a day when I could use a sharp blade for opening things, cutting and trimming, etc. I decided it was time I got a proper pocket knife. The market seems to be flooded with some really cool-looking, but cheaply made knives (you'll find a selection of these at most hardware stores near the counter). I'm all about spending a little more for quality products made in America. A quick search lead me to Case knives. This is a brand with lots of history; est. 1889 in Bradford, PA. Case is a brand with a great reputation for turning out quality products for nearly 120 years. These knives are iconic in design and craftsmanship. I received my Case Amber Bone Mini Copperlock knife yesterday and absolutely love it! I inspected the knife very thoroughly and am happy to say it is extremely well made. It is absolutely flawless and beautiful. The blade locks smoothly and firmly. The locking mechanism is very sturdy. Every grind on the knife's components and blade was artfully done. It arrived very sharp, but I couldn't resist giving it a few licks on my sharpening steel. The blade responded well and is now extremely sharp. A couple drops of good quality light oil and this thing is ready to carry. It is a very nice size for EDC in a pants pocket. In fact, I find that it fits perfectly in that little 5th coin pocket on most jeans. I couldn't be happier with this knife. I could see this one being handed down for generations. If you're looking for a beautifully made, compact EDC pocket knife, THIS IS IT! :-)

Beautiful piece of craftsmanship
My first Case knife. I don’t really need another knife just bought this because I always wanted to see how a Case knife was. I’m more than pleased. It’s much more than a knife, it’s a work of art. I purchased the blue. The color is amazing. It’s almost to pretty to use. Almost! As for the quality, blade is well made. Point is nicely hued. Blade is sharp and perfectly polished. No scratches or rough surfaces. Best of all there is zero wiggle on the blade. It’s solidly fixed with a smooth open and closing motion. My first Case. It won’t be my last.

Case XX Amber bone mini-Copperlock knife 61947L SS
The Case XX Amber bone mini-Copperlock stainless steel knife is a top quality Gentleman's small sized folding pocket knife . Very well made, excellent materials and finish, easy to open and close, no half lock but fully opened or closed it has a great snap sound and it has a super sharp clip point blade right out of the box. It fits easily into the 5th ( ticket ) pocket of a pair of jeans and is thin enough to fit into a large size wallet without protruding. The price on Amazon fluctuates, I paid almost $61 and $7 shipping and currently its down to $57 plus shipping . On other websites it goes for between $56 to $89 but shipping costs are often in the $20 to $35 range. The only negative is it took far too long to be delivered some 21 days to reach me from the date of purchase, normally my Amazon orders take 4-7 days to arrive and this purchase took 3 weeks because it was sent using DHL and then handed over to my local post office for delivery rather than a DHL courier delivering it! I do however recommend this knife to anybody buying a Case xx knife for the 1st time as its reasonably priced ( I have 2 other larger more costly Case XX knives - both top quality Copperlock models )

Beautiful knife
This is such a beautiful knife and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking into trying a Case knife and wanted it to be on the smaller side, lock-back, and have a bone handle. I also wanted a carbon blade, but when I ran across the blue one and couldn’t find a carbon blade version, I went with he stainless version. This arrived in the box packaging, which I find to be neat. The bone looks a little lighter, especially in the darker, middle area than the pictures show, which makes it even prettier, in my opinion. The bone handle is smooth with three out of the four pins being flush (the larger one seems intentionally proud). The Case shield is flush on one side, but sticks up on the other. It feels like it’s sturdy in there, but is annoying to catch my thumb on. Transitions are mostly smooth, but some areas are a little more catchy and grabby, but that is to be expected of Case. I believe most of these can be remedied. The lock works very smoothly and is easy to disengage. The blade looks to be perfectly, or at least near perfectly centered. There is no blade wobble side-to-side or up-and-down. The blade had a very noticeable burr from factory and had a catchy kind of cut. A little honing and stropping and the blade is sharp enough that I am happy. I flushed out the moving parts just to clean up any factory gunk and, of course, this resulted in the knife operating even more smoothly. The point isn’t very sharp at all - nothing compared to the Buck 55’s point, but I think it’s fine for my intended uses - mentioning this for those who expect that point to be super sharp. Overall, this knife is absolutely beautiful. In Case fashion, there are rougher parts of the knife and it does require just a little love right out of the box to have it ready to go the way many would like/expect. I am very happy with this knife and highly recommend it to anyone who is aware that there will be little imperfections, but that they will still receive a beautifully made knife that should last a long while.

Great little knife for everyday use!!
I'm not a serious "knife-guy," but I've always appreciated a good pocketknife. And I ALWAYS carry one with me, typically a Swiss Army knife of some sort. I'll probably still do that, but now....this one will be added in there too! Got this thing a few days ago. It's a tad smaller than what I normally like, however the blade is still a very nice size. And it fits in that little "change" pocket on jeans like a charm! The Bermuda Green bone handle looks very cool, and I'm no expert but it appears to be well-made. No gaps in the seams or anything like that. The blade opens and closes smoothly, and I love that the blade locks. I always prefer a locking blade for safety reasons. Anyhow, I'm pretty happy with this knife. I also like the fact that it's made in Bradford, PA - my home state. We need more things made in the USA instead of China! So I'm happy to support companies that make products here. In summary, well-built, nice looking knife, very sharp blade, and a great size for everyday carry if you want something unobtrusive.

I really like this knife
I really like this knife. The look, the finish, the size, the blade, how it feels in my hand, everything. It's not what i would call a large knife, but it's not small either. A bit hefty too but not too much. The action is very smooth snapping into lock position with a nice solid click. Blade arrived extremely sharp. Embarrassingly i slightly cut myself within a minute of arrival. I've not used it for any real tasks yet but i've no doubt this knife will perform very well.
