Cadbury Chocolate Eclairs 130g - Pack of 2 by Cadbury Review: Better Than Brach's Chocolate Parfait Nips From The 90s, No Harsh Chemicals, Clean Taste - Wish they'd make a maltitol-sweetened sugar-free version, for when we're low-carbing, but this is wonderful for when our family is including carbs in our diet. The taste of the Cadbury Chocolate Eclairs is better than any on the market, because this is a UK/EU-approved formulation that doesn't contain any banned chemicals, which means that the taste is clean and pure. But, as a result of all those horrible chemicals still being legal in the US, these aren't marketed here (instead we get garbage chemical candies marketed in the US, while Europe gets all the chemical-free stuff), and so these must be imported. The cost is high, but it's worth it, to avoid all the horrible chemicals that Cadbury puts in their US-marketed candy. When it comes to the type of candy, the taste and texture are almost like the Brach's Chocolate Parfait Nips from the 1990s, before they changed the recipe and added chemicals that made them taste a bit strange. It's a sweet caramel outer-layer with a rich chocolate inner-layer, and each candy takes over a minute to dissolve in the mouth (at least the way I eat them), so they make for a really nice little treat. Overall, these have a wonderful taste that comes from using real-sugar instead of HF-corn-syrup and from using other real ingredients instead of chemicals, and that makes them a winner for our home. While I'm not thrilled with Maltitol, as a sweetener, we use maltitol-sweetened candy when we're low-carbing, and we can't use these at that time, so I do wish there was a sugar-free version. And still, even having to let go of these for months on end, we sure are happy to have them when we're allowing carbs in our home. Review: best eclair but pricey - excellent candy. best eclair on the market. very pricey but worth it.

Great candy
If you know Cadbury and you know Cadbury from England, and you like caramel with chocolate, you will like these. Delicious, if a little bit tough on dental work. But so worth it.

Amazing caramels
These caramels are to die for. I have been looking for them for such a long time and they don't sell these in US stores. It was a lucky day when I found this listing. They came from the UK and oh how happy this package made me :) The caramels are slightly soft and creamy, they melt in your mouth like perfect oval pieces of heaven. And then the chocolate filling comes out... Oh there are no good words to describe these, one must simply try to know. My husband is now hooked on these too. I must reorder soon, we are running low.

Worth a try, some love, some just ok with these.
Good company, but don't know if my batch was stale or is supposed to be that way. Caramel on the outside hard as a rock, like a hard candy. Chocolate or fudge inside. Have to suck on them awhile. Taste is good, just not what I expected. Personal preference , but would not buy again. Gave some away to nurses and aides in a nursing home and they loved them, so maybe just me.
