Returning this, after a few tries it wouldn’t stop leaking and making something icy wouldn’t even turn out.. the value of money might be good but the product isn’t worth it.. not durable at all and ease of cleaning is a joke.. too bad we thought it might be worth it

It’s a good product it started leaking but that was my fault for carrying it wrong I’m just looking for the replacement tub and I can’t find it anywhere

This is not a good product. I followed the directions to the letter. It did not work on any setting. So I went and purchased the Ninja. The company needs to test the products more until it is working properly. That means all not just the prototype.

can't wait to actually use this. Sure wish it would have come with some recipes and/or ideas to use it.

Messy to dispense, doesn't always freeze

Does not work followed the instructions after 3 hours still only had a few ice / slushee particles in the top 1/3 of the 3 cup mixture mixture. Piece of junk DO NOT BUY it is a waste of money it is being returned.
