I've been challenged with high blood sugar / insulin resistance for a while now. I've made dietary changes which include low carb, Intermittent Fasting. Though I'm on Metformin and Glyburide right now, my A1C dropped when I added Berberine. I've taken a break from Berberine and added this product. I just started but overall it is keeping my fasting glucose (morning) readings at a good range. I'm taking 2 a day. For what it is worth, no side effects for me from taking this. I like the ingredients.

Actually bringing my sugar levels down, slowly but surely. I am hopeful that it will continue.

Bought this because I found out my blood glucose was at the pre-diabetes level. I found this really did work to lower my blood glucose level if taken before the meal.This is a great natural product for balancing insulin levels - possibly better than Metformin. I researched Berberine carefully before deciding to use this product. It does what it says on the bottle and I also lost 2lbs in the first week.
