Change the battery if it doesn't work on arrival.
The device did not work when it first arrived. Later, when I got a new battery, it started working. It is working well with Realme U1.

Alivecor Kardia - very bad item
Didn’t work. Even tried with a new battery. Still no functional . Then ultimately had to return as the supplier didn’t replace it. Very bad purchase indeed !

I read a lot about phone compatibility issue in reviews and also found my phone Realme GT Neo 2 was not in compatibility list of devices. But it worked fine. Very easy to use.

Connections poor
It's great to have an ecg at home but the app doesn't connect easily ...it takes several attempts to get the ecg tracing
